RHMC MEETING and AGM

Location: Roma Butter Factory

Arrive: by 1:30 p.m.

Agenda:  New Memberships/Minutes of previous meeting/Correspondence/General Business including Club Reports and future event planning.

General Meeting will commence: 1:45 p.m .

Afternoon tea at 2.45 p.m. till 3:15 p.m. Please bring a plate to share for afternoon tea.  The club will supply tea and coffee.

AGM at 3:15 p.m.
